Subject: Request to Organize a Scout Program at Your School

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Tshogay, a student and scout leader at Sherubling Higher Secondary School. As part of our school’s ongoing scout initiative to promote youth leadership and teamwork, I would like to seek your kind permission to organize a scout outreach program at Samcholing Middle Secondary School.

The proposed program, titled “Empowering Youth Through Scouting,” aims to engage students in meaningful scouting activities such as first aid training, basic survival skills, leadership games, and environmental awareness sessions. These activities are designed to equip students with essential life skills while nurturing a sense of responsibility, confidence, and community service.

We propose to conduct this program on Saturday, 15th June 2025, at the premises of Samcholing Middle Secondary School, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The participants will include a team of 15 scout members and 2 escort teachers from Sherubling HSS, along with scout members from your esteemed school.

Our commitment is to ensure that the program is educational, engaging, and impactful. Through this initiative, we hope to strengthen the bonds between our schools and inspire students to take active roles in their schools and communities.

We would be truly grateful for your kind support and permission to conduct this program at your school. Please let us know if there are any formalities or preparations required from our side.
